The heat from the 1500 degree hot fireplace can be felt from a long distance in the cold winter air. The city's glassblowers are ready to use their blowpipes and if you're lucky, you can watch the old art being carried out. If you are tempted after seeing the beautiful glass windows on the first floor, you can look inside through the small glass shop. The building has light inside.
